Integrated Pest Management Plan
At this time, Eden Area ROP does not have an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan to post, as we are not currently using any pesticides that require posting under Education Code 17610.5. Should that change in the future, the required plan will be made available here in accordance with Education Code 17611.5 and AR 3514.2.
Environmental Review Documents
At this time, Eden Area ROP does not have any environmental review documents to post, as there are no projects requiring an environmental impact report, negative declaration, or mitigated negative declaration under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Any future documents and notices required by Public Resources Code sections 21082.1, 21092, and 21092.2 will be posted here in accordance with BP 7150 – Site Selection and Development.
